Climate change, population growth, and the current energy crisis pose enormous challenges for the mobility sector. Providers of mobility services and manufacturers can make important contributions to the transformation, but they also need appropriate framework conditions. These conditions include realistic CO2 requirements, an optimal infrastructure - for example charging stations - and the avoidance of international distortions of competition.
The digitization of the mobility sector also plays a central role and must be pushed further, not least in the interest of users who want simple, affordable and at the same time climate-friendly offers.
